Cara, jogo na PS a pouco mais de 1 ano. Bad Beats acontecem comigo direto, mas por enquanto ta na mesma quantidade que em outros sites. Sobre o suporte, eu tive problema 1 vez com a loja VIP, mas tudo foi resolvido. Por enquanto nada a reclamar da PS, mas pode deixar que quando houver algo pra reclamar eu venho te avisar =P
